In light of recent government threats to amend and potentially undermine the rights guaranteed under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, our 'Toitu Te Tiriti' T-shirt, emblazoned with 'Stand with Tangata Whenua' on the back, serves as a crucial symbol of resistance and solidarity. This T-shirt is more than a piece of clothing; it's a powerful statement against the erosion of the foundational rights of the Tangata Whenua, the indigenous people of Aotearoa New Zealand. Available for women, men, youth, and toddlers, it enables people of all ages to visibly demonstrate their support and stand united in these pressing times.

Key Features:

  • Broad Appeal: With sizes for all – from toddlers to adults – this T-shirt is a unifying garment for families and individuals who are committed to safeguarding the rights enshrined in Te Tiriti.
  • Strong Messaging: The front proudly displays 'Toitu Te Tiriti', symbolising the enduring nature of the Treaty, while the back statement 'Stand with Tangata Whenua' is a direct response to the current threats, urging unity and support.
  • Durable and Comfortable: Made with premium quality fabric, the T-shirt is both comfortable for daily wear and resilient enough to endure as a long-term symbol of commitment and support.
  • Versatile and Respectful: Suitable for various settings, the T-shirt is a respectful way to make a statement at cultural events, demonstrations, or in everyday life.

Wearing as a Commitment: By choosing to wear this T-shirt, you are actively participating in a larger movement that seeks to protect the rights of Tangata Whenua. It's a way to raise awareness, challenge the status quo, and show that you stand against actions that threaten the integrity of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

This T-shirt is an essential item for those who recognise the seriousness of the current situation and are ready to show their support in a visible and impactful way. Let's stand together for the preservation of the Treaty's principles and the rights of the indigenous people of Aotearoa.
