From Our Whanau

Piki Toi began in 2022 with a simple idea: to design ways for te reo Māori and te ao Māori to be represented and showcased in the world.

Today, we're a small Māori-owned family business based on the West Coast of Aotearoa, creating thoughtful products that celebrate culture and encourage connection. Every design begins with an idea, a kōrero or a lived experience, and is created in small quantities with care. We don't chase trends or mass produce—our focus is on creating meaningful taonga that we're proud to share with homes across Aotearoa and beyond.
