Ranginui Print

Honour the timeless presence of Ranginui, the Māori Sky Father, with this inspiring print. Ranginui represents the heavens and all that stretches above us, embodying the strength, wisdom, and watchful protection of the sky over the earth.

His Story: Ranginui, in eternal embrace with Papatūānuku, the Earth Mother, created the world in a state of darkness, bound together with their children between them. It was only when their children decided to separate their parents that light entered the world, allowing life to flourish. Though separated from Papatūānuku, Ranginui still watches over her and their children, weeping gentle rains to show his love and longing for her. His story is a reminder of the enduring connection between earth and sky, and the balance that sustains life.
